RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for trusting CTC Ohio ltd with your marketing needs.
CTC Ohio ltd will always do our best to satisfy your requirements and meet your expectations, but it is important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. We have no desire to deceive you into purchasing and paying for something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of CTC Ohio ltd.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with our services.
We bill in advance for digital marketing services. Meaning if you want marketing services for the month of June we will bill you on or about May 25th for the service. We will prorate refunds for the first 7 days after billing month has occured. After the initial 7 days after billing cycle, we are not able to refund the monthly fee.
Depending on the quote we may allow billing in increments based on deliverables or time. Any deliverable that has been accepted and paid for is excluded from any refund.
What each party is agreeing to
You the Client: You will need to describe clearly what you expect us to do. CTC Ohio in turn will give you an agreement that states the deliverables and agreed upon compensation once those deliverables are met. Typically our development and services have milestones. Once each of these milestones are met, payment may be required. You agree to give us the things we jointly agree that we need to complete the project milestones and in the format we need it. We will also need you to review our work, provide feedback and approval promptly. We work off of deadlines, and those go both ways. You agree to be be bound by dates we set together. Finally, you agree to stick to the payment schedule. If any of the deliverables do not meet your approval, you may request a revision for any undelivered work or services. To request a refund, you simply must submit an email to [email protected] stating what deliverable has not been met and reasons for this request. CTC Ohio will then review this request and reply within 2 business days.
CTC Ohio, ltd.: We have the skill and capacity to do everything we declare we will do in our deliverables and we will do it all in a professional and timely fashion. CTC Ohio will strive to meet every deadline that is set. CTC Ohio agrees to give you a refund within 90 days for any work that has not been done according to the stated deliverables.
Any request made after 30 days of payment is excluded.
CTC Ohio cannot refund unless the request for refund is made within 30 days of payment.
Undeliverables out of CTC Ohio’s control (example: not receiving required info from client on time).
